Before the actual showpiece, Coldplay and all the featured artists on the recent trending song “We Pray” meet up at the Grafton Street of Dublin where they had a video shoot for this piece of music.
A little quick look at “We Pray” this is Coldplay’s new song, and they’ve brought company in the form of English rapper Little Simz, Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, Palestinian Chilean singer Elyanna, and Argentine multi-hyphenate Tini. Jay-Z gets a writing credit, too. The song, premiered at Glastonbury, in June,
“We Pray” is the second song from Coldplay’s forthcoming, Max Martin–produced album Moon Music, the album is expected to arrive on October 4.
Meanwhile Burnaboy, Little Sims, Tini and Elyanna joined the English Band at their live performance in Dublin, Croke Park on Thursday night in what others are describing as the “Greatest Live Show On Earth”.
It’s been seven years since the English band last performed in Ireland, and that two-night stopover for the A Head Full of Dreams tour was subsequently voted the most popular live event in Ireland in the past 20 years by Ticketmaster fans.
According to a report on Coldplay’s “X” page formerly Twitter the event packed an audience to over 82 thousand people and they’re expected to do 3 more shows in Dublin.
