With Namadingo maintaining his stand that that he is not performing at Umodzi Music Concert neither paying back the 6 Million he pocketed in full. Socialite Pemphero Mphande who claims to be friends with Namadingo has sent his advice to the artist.
According to Mphande, the organisers of the event approached him to connect them to Namadingo which he Did by sending to them Namadingo’s booking manager contact number. And in a day the Manager commonly known as Joe BaBa sent a quote to the organizers with Namadingo’s booking packages and prices. In a week the organizers picked the 6 Million plan and made the payment. A day after the initial promo poster came out, Namadingo trashed it saying he won’t be part since they failed to give him 10 million he asked for or else they must add the extra 4 million.
Meanwhile the Umodzi music concert organisers couldn’t agree further, as they only asked Namadingo to refund the paid 6 Million.
According to Pemphero Mphande, he has advices Namadingo to discuss with the said organisers which are Nyasa Job Company, and also make a commitment to show up at the event just to make the matters clear.
On the other hand, Namadingo has stood firm on his decision saying he is neither paying back the money nor showing up at the event unless they make the amounts he demanded available. In his explanations Doc says he always demands and associate with high quality projects. Hence it’s not about the money but giving high class performance, Doc further added that BICC Auditorium is of 1.500 capacity that needs live band and a complete full set performance, which he demands the said amounts to provide.
