A star who has been in the music industry for a good number of years, Patience Namadingo has changed his decision of fixing and repairing ambulances from Mangochi district to the construction of primary school blocks in Machinga district.

This new development comes in after a failed plan from Mangochi. Namadingo spent the first day without meeting those In authorities because they had left their offices for different reasons. This made him to extend his stay there, of which the next day he met the people with authorities and he was told to write a proposal in how he is going to assist. And the proposal is to go through a legal review decision where the vehicles were going to get released or not.

Later Namadingo informed his followers about his new development and he wrote ” After careful consideration, I have decided to move the money I initially allocated for ambulance repairs in Mangochi District towards a different project: The construction of a school block at Wataka Primary School in Machinga District, a historic institution established by the Catholic Church in 1934. The school’s existing infrastructure has been compromised, with one of the blocks being demolished by the quality assessment team due to its poor condition posing a danger to learners and teachers, forcing learners to hold classes under mango trees and disrupting learning during rainy periods. The school officially wrote to me the day I left Mangochi, asking for help, and their heartfelt appeal led me to respond without hesitation. Following thorough planning and finalizing all necessary procedures, I am pleased to confirm that construction of the school block will start next week. Tomorrow, I will leave for Machinga to visit the site and engage the community to participate and ensure the project’s success. This school serves children from over eight villages in Machinga and partially Mangochi. Ultimately, every child deserves a safe and conducive learning environment – no one should be learning under the hot sun or running away from rain during classes. One step at a time.”

This new decision has been supported aswell as Remmy Kadwa from Zambia commented that the money Gold Motors Car Dealers will add K5000 contribution. From Zambia to Malawi. With such support, it shows how much people have received the new idea.
